If someone touches you down there more than once repeatedly everyday, is it harassment or rape?

It is not rape. You need to look up the definition of rape. It is harrasment.

What you have described is sexual assault providing there is no consent to it.

Sexual harassment: behaviour characterized by the making of unwelcome and inappropriate sexual remarks or physical advances in a workplace or other professional or social situation.
Sexual assault: When a person (A)
intentionally touches another person (B),
the touching is sexual,
B does not consent to the touching, and
A does not reasonably believe that B consents.

Rape: Forced oral, anal or vaginal sex.
That's all three of them.

Do you mean an individual groping you or forcibly removing your clothing and then touching you without your consent?

Sounds like sexual assault.
Harassment normally involves multiple separate incidents perpertrated by the same culprit or culprits.

Yeah that’s what I meant like without consent. So what if it happens multiple times by the same person? Is it still assault?

Every incident is sexual assault.
Three or more incidents by the same culprit may consitute harassment.
