work experience

Hi,
I'm currently in year 12 and am planning on applying for classics at university. I've been looking for work experience in a history museum or volunteering at an archaeology dig site, but I'm struggling to find one, especially because of covid. Ideally it would be in the south, in dorset or somerset, and very low cost or no cost. Does anybody have any advice?

So, you definitely don't need work experience for a Classics application. Maybe try smaller places like the Tutankhamun Exhibition in Dorchester? Drop these sort of places an email, but honestly, reading, and maybe attending online courses, lectures, or summer schools, are more than fine for an UG application.
