Total lack of motivation anyone?

I don't know why but recently I have feeling rather unmotivated to do things and feel like time is passing me by and everyone seems to be racing by?

I've had mental health problems before but this is a bit different I think? It's more like I've hit a wall with socialising and motivation. I think the fact that I lack close friends is influencing this.

It's almost like life is moving in black and white. Like the last few years have felt really bleak and grayscale.

Is anyone else feeling this or has it just been me?

For example, I can't even believe it's June and I don't understand how time is passing me by so quickly!

I understand what you are talking about, it's best to get help.
I know what you mean, I've been in a similar mindset not too long ago. It's difficult to get back into being motivated but you just have to push yourself. You may not feel motivated to do anything or to socialise but the more you stay in that mindset, the worse it'll get. Even if you don't like it at first, push yourself to do more. Be more productive with your time and spend more time socialising with friends/family. Company will make you feel better and being productive will definitely help as it'll give you a sense of accomplishment.

I still do things like homework, and studying, and every now and then I will go out on a walk with some classmates but I'll try to increase it. Thank you!

Homework and studying can be a bit of a chore, not something most would enjoy. I'd recommend finding some hobbies/interests so that you're not overloaded with work stress and still being productive with your time. Too much stress can lead to being demotivated but learning new skills can be very useful!
