Hi guys. I intend to join uni Sep 2022. However, the gov website says:

“If you’re a student from England you can apply online for the following academic years:

2021 to 2022 (part-time students can apply from summer 2021)
2020 to 2021”

But my starting academic year would be 2022-2023 right? So what do I do?

Hi, the 22/23 academic year will launch next year.

Full time undergraduate applications early in the year and part time/postgraduate in the summer.
Thanks, Isaac

Hi Isaac. By “early in the year” do you mean I can start applying in early 2022 or early in my first year on my course?

Do you have a specific date when students can start applying, and perhaps even a deadline?

Do you have to apply every year for fees for that same year?

Thanks.

We have no date yet.

Undergraduate applications usually launch around February/March time.

You will be able to apply for full time undergraduate finance for the 22/23 academic year around February/March 2022. Please keep an eye on gov.uk/slc for news regarding the launch date, news should appear early next year.

Full time undergraduate students need to apply for funding every year.
Thanks, Isaac

If you want to keep receiving the loan, yes.
Thanks, Isaac

Hi there,Is it possible to email in an application, rather than mail it in? I would also like to know, before I apply for a course, whether I would be eligible for funding. Do you have detailed guides/advice, please? The course is for the academic year 22/23 and is part-time.
