Official Henley Royal Regatta 2021 Thread

I thought it’d be good to make a thread to at least let people share some of their craziest or funniest experiences at the Regatta this could include the best races you’ve seen, the worst races you’ve seen, the schools you train at and are rooting for or the do’s and don’t for first timers. I’m interested in working as staff for the event this year and if you know anyone who’s done so what’s the salary, working hours and types of work it consists (since although I want to get paid I don’t really want to get my hands dirty) I’d prefer to be in the stewards enclosure rather than complete river work but it is what it is I guess, and other information about hiring could be beneficial?
