Happy Monday everyone
Today is the day to put some effort into making sure that you are at your best tomorrow and prepared to cope with whatever life throws at you.
Whether you’re celebrating or busy putting plan G in place you need energy.
So:
- Get some fresh air and exercise to help you sleep (or at least rest) tonight.
- Make sure you have credit and data on your phone
- pop to the shops and get some nice food and snacks and drinks that you like for today and tomorrow
- give your friends a virtual hug
- run through plans A-Z and write them down on paper so you aren’t stressing out running over and over them in your head
- spend 10 minutes writing down all the phone numbers you might need and adding them to your phone
- plan your wind down routine for this evening so you can get the best rest possible tonight
- do something nice for the people you live with (good karma! Plus they are less likely to stress you out with an argument about using the hot water or picking up your shoes)
- post in all the TSR golden threads
