I am hoping to do Maths in Uni, my course has a sandwich year. will the university help me to choose the work placement, or do i have to choose myself

I know this post was a while ago, but I thought I’d reply Incase anyone was looking for a similar answer!
LJMU have a dedicated PSU team that are here to help you at every stage of the placement / sandwich year process and there will be someone in the office from Monday to Friday every week, including over the summer. LJMU have contacts with many different employers and local businesses that advertise exclusively amongst LJMU every year.
Tutors and specialist support offices can help guide you with your placement choices, helping you chose the best company/ business for your sandwich year. You will be supported every step of your decision!
