No way! You can't put Definitely Maybe third!

I do see your point about Morning Glory... it did used to be my favourite until about a year ago! It's very close but Definitely Maybe is still better :p: Maybe we should just say the 3 of them are all joint best?

You should make a poll for their best album!

Personally it would be:
1.Definitely Maybe
2.What's the Story and Heathen Chemistry it's very tough to choose
3.The masterplan
4.Be here now
5. Standing on the shoulders of giants

I don't understand why you're ****ging off heathen chemistry apart from the released singles of Songbird, Stop crying your heart out and Little by little it also has force of nature which i love and Born on a different cloud also a great tune

Yay, another Definitely Maybe person. Maybe I should do this poll after all...

I agree though.. Heathen Chemistry is great! Force of Nature and Hung in a Bad Place are great as well as the ones they released. Songbird is absolute **** but Liam wrote it so that's expected... :p:

I'd go
1. The Masterplan (seriously - inspired piece of work)
2. Definitely Maybe
3. What's the Story...
...then all the others. Not too keen on any of them to be honest.

Definitely Maybe is my favourite Oasis album.

What's the fuss about Force Of Nature? It's rubbish. Possibly the worst song on the album.

I agree. What do you think the 1 good track is? Half the World Away is one of my favourite Oasis songs. None of the others are as good as the other albums...

People, that's hard!!

Went for Oasis.... purely on the fact they have more songs I LOVE.... but Blur have songs I love MORE if that makes sense. End of A Century was my favourite song for months.

For progression and variety I would go with Blur, but Cigarettes and Alcohol, She's Electric, Digsy's Dinner, Live Forever.... CAN'T DECIDE!!! :marchmell

All of those, as well as Half the World Away, The Masterplan, Going Nowhere and Talk Tonight. Great stuff.

im a big fan of both bands but really only like a select few songs from blur

Oasis have so many great songs and even their b-sides would easily be classic singles

Oasis without a doubt. Yeah, Blur were good, and they did have some great songs, and Damon Albarn...

But NO ONE can beat Oasis. They were the first band I ever liked aged 10, and are still my favourite band now. Every single song on every album is fantastic (except Little James, which Liam wrote, and is ****) and then you get unbeatable classics (Rock n Roll Star, Live Forever, Wonderwall etc). They are just amazing  Noel is the most talented musician in the world. I love him

They are also just as good live. Best day of my life = oasis gig, going back to hotel afterwards only to discover they were staying in the same hotel and met them in the hotel bar afterwards  Alan bought me a drink and I talked to Noel for over an hour and hugged him at the end

I've also seen Blur live and they were pretty disappointing.

so lucky

at least i get to see them in Manchester this year, cant wait! any idea of the support?

and yeah Blur are piss poor live

firstly before anyone says it, im still awake from last night, having a computer room allnighter determined to get this essay in

rumours for support are kasabian, Manics and The Zutons

as for the holiday, we found out that we didnt read the small print on a great deal and we couldnt get any money off and it would cost us about £600 each

we are gunna have a major rethink and maybe try and book it when we are all home again in easter, have you got anything sorted yet?
