neurotic brain
can someone please explain what it is to have a neurotic brain or the characteristics? Just as i’ve been saying to myself that i have one but i don’t think i quite understand the meaning
What are the signs of a neurotic person.......

Feels of anxiety or irritability.
Poor emotional stability.
Feelings of self-doubt.
Feelings of being self-conscious or shy.
Sadness, moodiness, depression.
Easily stressed or upset, unable to handle stress well.
Dramatic shifts in how you are feeling.
