UCA Farnham OR NUA?

Hi, I’m wanting to study animation (specialising in 2d) in September 2022 and I’m planning to apply to Hertfordshire, AUB, UAL and UWE. For my final option, I’m stuck between UCA Farnham and NUA. Both look really good if I could apply to six unis I’d apply to them both, but one of thems gotta go.

Hey, where did you end up going and how did you find it? Currently considering a 2d anim course as well
Hello @student9099 - please can you make a new thread instead of bumping old ones! this is because it can make the forums more difficult to search/ make it trickier for people browsing to find up-to-date relevant information, it may be difficult for people to find your question and answer it (as often people who posted a year ago+ are no longer active on the forums and your question being in a thread makes it harder to find for other people who might be able to answer it).

The thread will likely get closed, but i'm sure there are still people that can give you answers. From your post history it sounds like you're looking at Falmouth, Norwich , UCA? These are all sensible choices for animation - happy to advise further if you create a new thread and tag me in it.

Hi there!

Thank you so much for considering us! Did you know that you can find out plenty more information regarding the subjects you're looking at via our website? Info includes course content, future career paths after uni, how assessments work and also the uni alumni work. You can find all of this here: https://norwichuni.ac.uk/ and here: Our Courses.

We have a few open days coming up in September in October - which are a great way to meet our course leaders and get to know our campus, as well as scope out the facilities and ask whichever questions you may have. Open day information can be found here: Norwich Uni Arts Open Days

Alternatively, you can also request a prospectus for free here: Norwich Uni Arts prospectus.I hope this helps, and please let me know if you have any further questions!

Charlotte, Student Ambassador at Norwich Uni Arts 🙂
