How does my current grades stack up and will I be able have the opportunity for a strong 3rd year to get my 2:1 or at best 1st class

This data dump isn't going to mean anything to anyone without knowing the university, course and course regulations with regard to how the classification is calculated - this isn't an invitation for you to tell me, by the way.

Don't you have a tutor you could ask this question to, via email? You'd get a more accurate answer that way. Alternatively, look up the regulations for your course on your university's intranet (it will be under 'course information' or something like that) and you should be able to work it out like that.

Your average for your first year is 67%
your average for your second year is 52.12%

As above, without knowing what course/university you’re at it’s hard to tell you what it means for your classification as a whole, but your second year average is sitting at a 2:2 level.

Whether you can achieve a 2:1 or a first from that or what you need to do so it’s impossible to tell without knowing what classification system your uni uses.
The missing 15 credits from second year also it will depend on how they deal with that-do you need to resort or have you been given a condoned pass for that?

Yeah, my University is Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge, my course is a 3 year course of Artificial Intelligence BSc, my department is the Computing and Information Science under Faculty of Science and Engineering faculty and I wondered how they round up the final grade in percentages. Yeah, which I would need to get answers from my tutor or course information on the course regulations and grading system.
