Dodgy, possibly MLM marketing agency hiring for its 'management trainee program'

I came across a company that's called A Marketing Ltd thats offering management trainee programs.

I applied for the job and went onto the interviews which there was no chance for me to ask any questions, its just the hiring manager saying how great the company is. There was no job description mentioned anywhere on the job advert and during the interview. The guy even said there's no point telling us the job description until you've progressed further into the interview stages. I got invited to an interview on a Saturday, which is even weirder.

So I got suspicious and did a bit of digging around the company and found out it shares the same office with a notorious and clearly mlm marketing agency known as Source Marketing Direct. Both websites (A marketing and source marketing) uses similar descriptions for the 'about us' section. Source marketing direct has a very low score on Glassdoor and have been branded as scam (apparently the good ones are fake), and it even features on the Anti-MLM coalition website (https://mlmtruth.org/2018/08/01/an-open-letter-to-source-marketing-direct/). So from the stuff I've found online, I'm pretty certain A Marketing and Source Marketing Direct are the same company.

Therefore I'm putting this post out just to warn people.

Summary of red flags:
1. Interviews on Saturday (normal companies do weekdays, interviews on saturday might mean you have to work weekends as well for the job)

2. No job description available until you've reached final interviews (which again, doesn't really happen with normal companies)

3. Interviews are rushed with no opportunity for you to ask hiring manager questions (I was going to ask the hiring manager if Source Marketing Direct and A Marketing are the same one, but the entire interview was over in less than 5 minutes)

4. Pretty bad Glassdoor reviews (I know glassdoor are not the most reliable source, but it gives a good reference)

5. Source marketing direct is on anti-mlm coalition, which is bad enough

Good luck with the job hunt, the graduate job market is really tough right now, don't let dodgy companies exploit you!
I worked for one of these firms years ago. The job posts are misleading and essentially you will be working 60 - 70 hour weeks doing door to door sales. There is no minimum wage and they get round this by having you work on a self employed basis. They promise you the earth and that you will be a 'manager' in 18 months. In reality hardly anyone gets made up to manager, and out of the few that do, the majority will either fail or earn nowhere near to what is claimed. The only people making any money out of this sham are the people at the top of the pyramid. The parent company is credico and there are thousands of these firms about.
