My brother crashed my car

Long story short:
I let my younger brother (I'm 18, he's 16) move my car forward on the house driveway. He had done it earlier and wanted to do it again, and I thought he could do it and it wouldn't be any harm on the drive. I was wrong. He went too fast and crashed into the fence. No damage to the fence, and hilariously the whole thing was on video so it'll make a good story, but the wheel arch trim has come off, its like popped off and the inside as well. I can't really describe it very well, I'm not an expert with cars. https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1FlJ89uajaPngR5hQPC_p-4xmzDzw847U?usp=sharing. Any idea as to how much this might cost? or can it be fixed by myself.

Also, before someone has a go at me, yes I probably shouldn't have let him do it, but it was private property and he's driven before (on a track with an instructor).

Hi,

Seems like the arch cover (possibly inner arch lining), side skirt end cap have pulled off.

It is not an expensive fix (Probably £20-£50) but you will need the new clips which if you search eBay, you should be able to find fairly cheap.

This is based on what I can see in the photos.

Do not let them rip you off.

If you are willing to try and fix it yourself, if you remove the wheel and just have a general study of the damage area, you will see how everything joins together and hopefully have the confidence to do it yourself.

Additionally, this youtube video and the related videos may help.

Good luck

I found the clips! Most of them have broken. New clips arriving tommorow.
Here are the clips I have ordered https://www.coxmotorparts.co.uk/honda-shop/honda-trim-panel-fixing-clips-8mm-hole-pack-of-10-clips/

Awesome!

The clips seem to be the correct ones. Once you have lined everything up, and fitted the new clips, you will know straight away if you need anything more
