Welcome to the Tokyo Olympics 2020!

:kungfu: This thread is all about Judo :kungfu:

Judo counts to the olympic competitions since 1964 (except for 1968) and thus it is the second oldest martial arts at the games after boxing. And as exaclty in boxing the competitors are separated in the men and wonen weight classes, plus the mixed team. 45 medals are waiting for the bests judoists in Tokio.

The shedule can be found here: https://olympics.com/tokyo-2020/olym...nd-results.htm

Use this thread to discuss about the results, the events in general and have fun!

Besides, 04MR17 and CheeseIsVeg support me where they can. Thanks in advance!

Looks like that you are so excited for this martial art. Honestly, I personally prefer Jiu-Jitsu to practice. But of course, I will look at some fights.

Not quite, just posting the ones I happen to notice whilst watching on the TV.

Perhaps you could try the Olympics YouTube channel?

Or the BBC sport website?

I already tried some videos on Youtube. You can add the 3rd place match of Chelsie Giles here, if it exists.
