You can't really generalise something like that. In my experience most black people are with other black people, but I don't come to think black people only like black people.

Quite a few white men have told me they think black women are as attractive, in their opinion, as white women.
I've heard black men say that black women are the best looking of all the races.
It's simply a matter of opinion.
I must admit, though, that I see more black men and white women together as opposed to the other way around. However, we're forgetting good ol' Asia!

Has anyone seen a Chinese-Indian or Chinese-black relationship? I don't see Indian-black too often now that I mention it!
I'm blackenese and my boyfriend's white 
I'm a white female with a Chinese boyfriend and people always seem to find this really strange, although we've been together for two and a half years. I don't really understand why but I live in a rather rural area so perhaps this is a contributing factor. It depends on the area in which you live as to what you see.
Black guy here, would go for a white girl any day, but yes, its rare too see black girls with white guys...

I've seen many chinese-black/ asian-black. Amerie is a celebrity example
And definitely, there's more black men, white women relationship than white men black women, although i must say i do know many white men black women (including my own sis)

Initial attraction is pretty much 100% down to appearance, and since skin colour IS a pretty large part of appearance it's likely to have quite a bearing on attraction.
Here's a question for you; how many middle aged white men you know would not give Moira Stewart one, hmmmmmm?
