this rlly isn't enough info to go off lol

ask yourself questions like:
do you know his sexuality, and does it allow him to be attracted to you?
how does he normally act around you, and how does this compare to how he acts around others?
how well do you know each other?
is he in a place where he's ready/desiring a relationship/commitment?
etc.

It is difficult to tell from one compliment whether a guy is attracted to you or seeking a relationship.
Could just be casual flirting or a habitual charmer who says the same thing to every girl, regardless of whether she is 4 years old or 94 years old.

He might. If you're interested in having a relationship with him, get to know him better and ask him.

this is why some men rarely ever compliment women...

they love jumping to baseless conclusions.

Absolutely would not suggest that he wants to jump straight into a relationship with you.
He may be trying to boost your confidence and give you a compliment on a friends basis.
Or he could find you attractive and want to get to know you. But you can’t predict his intentions based upon one statement..
