Specialising in Forensic Pathology

If I were to choose medicine in university, would there be a chance to do forensic sciences after?

Well you could do, but forensic science does not need a medical degree, so you would have wasted 5+ years of your time and a lot of money! Or do you mean Forensic Pathology? This is a medical sub-specialty and requires a medical degree

yes forensic pathology, what kind of medical degree does it require?

There is only 1 medical dgree (though they give them different letters, eg MBBS, MBChB).
You need to study medicine, become a Dr, specialise in Pathology and then specialise further into Forensic Pathology

But you will be working as a standard Dr for a while before you can get to your specialisation, and many people change their mind about specialties when they have tried a few out at med school
