When sending student finance evidence - a birth certificate in this case - should I include a piece of paper in the envelope with my details on it?

Have they not said what to include with it? I think SFW tells us to print something off to go with the evidence.

It just says to provide the original document and gives the address to send it to but there's nothing about posting anything else with it which is strange

Hi, I'd advise you to attach a cover letter with your name and CRN.
