Was wondering which show to watch first. Heard that Loki is pretty good. Any suggestions?

F&WS was generally awful - but as I understand it they had to dramatically rewrite and re-shoot a large part of it during covid as the original plot was about a man made killer virus, that they later thought might be in bad taste.

Problems were the same old same old. They are desperately trying to make the northern actress that played the baddie happen - when she blatantly isn't going to happen. That, and all the tired and boring race-baiting, and a whole sub-plot with Sharon that made no sense. The only things that really saved it from utter armageddon was John Walker and Zemo.

I thought Wandavision was amazing, and I had no complaints whatsoever. Loki - I can't decide whether I think it is interesting and cool; or interesting and cool and messy. As Thorius said on Youtube - "I care more about whether or not Mobius gets his jet-ski than I ever cared if Sam's sister gets to keep her boat" - but after all that, I don't think they really knew if they needed 8 episodes or 5, but 6 just didn't seem right.

It's the non-Disney+ MCU series that are really good. Daredevil S1 is just the best. Punisher is of the absolute highest quality and Jessica Jones is Doctor Who directed by Quinten Tarantino. Having said that, Luke Cage was as dull as dishwater, Defenders was ok, and Iron Fist was terrible - basically, let's re-shoot Arrow scene for scene but without Stephen Amell, or a bow and arrows.

This, absolutely spot on. Although I would add Agents of Shield which is surprisingly good.

I didn't actually manage to finish F&WS.

I watched about half of Agents of Shield and to be honest found it really tedious. If they had made one series with a super high budget and used it to fill all the gaping holes in the MCU - I would have been more than happy. Instead, they got one decent actor together with kung-fu grandma, the world's biggest Mary Sue, BTEC David Boreanaz and the two nerds that are in The Flash, but played by different people. They then beat the absolute death out of the series until it was literally nothing left - and then proceeded to give it CPR over and over again.

Forget the MCU shows and watch Daredevil, it is by far the best superhero show and he is in Spider-Man No Way Home
