Hi, I'm an international student who is hoping to apply for PPE for the 2021-2022 cycle of applications due in October 2021. I was just looking at the US qualification requirements, and saw that "2021 is the last year subject tests will be accepted" and that subject tests are "accepted for 2021 applications". Does this mean I can't use them for the upcoming application? My math qualification for PPE is a Math 2 subject test, so I'm a bit worried it won't count and I'll be at a disadvantage.

That is correct. SAT Math II subject test was also a weak indicator of math skills - wasn't that hard to score over 700. A 5 in AP Calc BC is going to be essential for your application.
