I've had tension/cluster headaches most days for about 4 weeks now. What do I do? I'm guessing it's due to stress but idk what to do as the headache causes more stress because everyday I dread that I have covid even though I don't actually feel ill in any way and there's nothing else wrong with me physically

You can get a lateral flow Covid test from a pharmacy for free to rule out Covid. It probably is likely to be stress, but you do need to contact your gp as that’s a long time to have headaches. They will rule out anything serious. But try not to worry, there are lots of different causes of headaches. Hope you feel better soon!

Could be because you're not drinking enough water

As someone who has struggled with near constant tension/stress headaches for the past 5+ years, go speak to your GP they will know the best way treat it and rule out anything serious. If your concerned then always contact a GP especially if your headaches are reoccurring and/or long lasting
