If it's an online version of a booklet, you would reference it like this:

Royal College of Nursing (2019) Caring for people with liver disease including liver transplantation: a competence framework for nursing. [Online] Available at: [Accessed 24 July 2021]. Caring for people with liver disease | Publica ons | Royal College of Nursing (rcn.org.uk)

thank you
You're welcome. Just so you know, this booklet is a great resource for Harvard referencing in your field, and my example came from it. Handy to keep as a reference, either online or printed out.
