I have a REALLY irregular heartbeat, itll feel like it misses a beat and then sometimes itll 'flutter'
I can go on runs and be active without any sort of physical problem though, should i be worried or is this normal?

If it's irregular then avoid looking up your symptoms because all you'll do is worry yourself and definitely go to a doctor. Even if you are very active it could be caused by a number of underlying issues.
