What would you call a guy who texts a girl only to congratulate her?

It’s like he waits her to post something worthwhile to congratulate for before he texts her first.

he barely knows her so he isn’t really obligated to send her a text.
An acquaintance? Maybe he's just got other stuff going on and/or is not particularly social.

It’s not a lot of context to go on. Trust your instincts. But wanting to congratulate someone on their success is a positive sign you’re thinking of them

So he’s probably thinkin about me (he btw replied to my story when he congratulated me)
