I got a letter around 2-3 weeks ago saying my postgrad loan was approved and then a couple of days ago I got another letter asking for proof of my UK nationality. Website shows my loan as approved with payments scheduled and has done for two weeks so I'm really confused about whether this is something I actually need to fill out or not, especially as I entered my passport details when applying so I'd just be sending information SFE already has.

Hi there, this is a known error with the postgraduate system this year. If your application shows as approved - you don't need to complete the passport details form issued to you.

Thanks, Isaac
