Can you pls help me.

What have you tried so far? Where exactly are you stuck?
The coefficients on x^2 and x should help you proceed.
(a+b)^2 =a^2 +2ab+ b^2

I don't know how to deal with the

Divide everything by 2 if that makes you more comfortable. If it wasn't equal to 0 then you can factor a 2 outside the quadratic instead of dividing.
