A random man on Instagram (from America) wants to give me a LOT of money into my PayPal account. Shall I accept ?

However, since it’s a lot of money my PayPal doesn’t accept it, I have to go to a store buy an eBay gift card to increase my cash app daily limit. He said the money goes straight into my account after I do this. I got this by email, however he also has my email so this could be him.

Does anyone know how this works?? Any answers will be helpful
