problem question:

I am residing in France and I have acquired residency in the country by being the spouse of an EU national. I am not an EU national myself. I have recently got in trouble with the police in which I got into a fight. I have never had a criminal record in the past and was greatly provoked. The state is now threatening to deport me. What are my rights and can I challenge this decision ?

thanks!
