I got it 1 month ago, but my parents literally lost it and I don’t know how to get a knew one. Any help??

Quick tip in case you lose it again - it's the same as your personal reference number for your Child Trust Fund. (Only applies to people who were born during the years of CTF of course, but as you've only just received your N.I. letter, you must be a similar age to my daughter, so yeah you should have a CTF sitting waiting for you.)
