A handsome guy told me that he is a virgin. He is 28 years old and he has autism. I don't believe him because of his very good looks. Is he lying saying he is a virgin when he's not?

Personally I'd give him the benefit of the doubt.
I know plenty of guys that are virgins in the late 20s to early 40s age group.
Many looks attracted girls lose all interest in getting closely involved with a good looking guy as soon as they hear the words "autism" or "autistic".

Why would he lie about that? I don't think it's something most people are particularly proud of anymore.
I do hear that people with autism struggle with interpersonal relationships so it could be true.
