I am in desperate need of getting some healthier habits as my mental health is really really not great and I want to start doing things such as journaling and stuff to try and help it and save myself but I can't stick to anything. Any tips? Also any things that could help with my mental health?

Hi,

Great that you want to do some things that will lift your spirits! I would recommend trying different things so that you can see what works best for you. Eg. I found that painting and working out really help me, after having tried a whole lot of other things. You know it works for you when you feel happier/refreshed when you do it. Don't put too much pressure on yourself, just clear your mind and try and see what happens. You may start to feel discouraged along the way but don't give up! Each thing you don't like brings you a step closer to discovering what will help. Also try to make it a habit to say 5 nice things to yourself in the mirror every day about literally anything. Eventually, you'll start to believe it and that will help too. You'll be okay! If you need anything else lmk!
