i did the question and i got the same answer but when i looked at their working i just didn't understand why did they use -1.5 (negative 1.5) at the end when solving for lambda.

It is error. I have solved this course book either.
Calculate Argument to Radian,
π/2 - arctan(-2/3) = 2.15…
The signs of Argument in the Graph is exchanged eachother either….
