I'd like to abolish work if I got the opportunity.

I concur.
I feel like for every person that it pays off for, there's many more stuck in a rut. You have to sacrifice a lot in your personal life and it could feed into mental health issues, which may then make it harder to work effectively and so makes the whole thing worse.

It's good to be motivated but being obsessed with the 'hustle' is just as unhealthy as most other obsessions.

I concur.

Why is that? Why work a 9 to 5 when you can make money at home though self employment?

Oh, better than self-employment is living off rental income as a landlord. I'd be one if I were allowed.

Passive sources of income don't require work really.

it does to some extent but you can't have it as your only source of income. I also make money from selling services such as features, vocal mixing and mastering.

That makes me wonder how the gentry of yore came to be so rich without having to break a sweat for it.

Yup. Feel unproductive doing nothing so I do too much. Sativa is good.

So you overwork yourself and then do drugs, don't sound very healthy at all.

That'll take tons of research on my part.

I'm a freelance data analyst, I'm sure I make more in a week than you make in a month.

I don't even work particularly hard because you don't get paid more for putting in more hours.
