what happens if all 4 offers for medicine rejected without even being interviewed?

lets say this happens am i allowed to apply again the same year for something else ? or do i only have my last non -medicine related offer available ?

You either accept the fifth non-medicine choice, use clearing, or reapply in the next cycle.
