If you're interested in the crime analysis and data side of things then Criminology would be more relevant.

Forensic Psychology is more about rehabilitation, running offending behaviour programmes, research, risk assessments, consultancy work etc. The way they interlink is that often criminology provides the theory and statisitical analysis of crime data trends which form the basis of the interventions, programmes and treatment psychologists carry out.
