I just did my ucat and got 2340 and band 3. What medical schools don’t base you on your ucat? I know I didn’t do the best but is there still hope to get in?

The BMAT unis are the only ones that don't use it at all!

Keele and Suderland have a low UCAT threshold and then select using their R&R form.
Aston and Cardiff may be options if you have excellent GCSEs, as may QUB

You have plenty of time to revise for the BMAT in November so apply strategically to the unis mentioned above. I'd recommend applying to 1 or 2 UCAT unis and the rest as BMAT unis.
