How do you defrost salad cream
I am a big dumb dumb and accidentally put salad cream in the freezer

It won't be useable now - it will separate when it thaws into a horrible mess. You can see if you can give a good shake to re-emulsify it, but I doubt it.
Job's ****ed, bad luck.
Finally, someone who actually speaks English, need more of those...
