I am really anxious about using public transport. Since restrictions have eased, buses and metros have become much busier. I get extremely nervous at the thought of being around lots of people. My fear got worse after an incident that happened a few weeks ago. My card payment wouldn't go through and the driver got annoyed and told me to get off. I was so embarrassed and felt so shaky afterwards. I felt like everyone on the bus was staring at me. I am now paranoid of getting on buses in case a similar thing happens.

bus drivers are usually miserable, don’t take it personally.
the more you use public transport the easier it’ll get.

also, I bet most people weren’t actually staring at you. it probably just felt like that to you.

maybe you need some help for social anxiety? <3

That bus driver was an ******* ,just don't let the bad experience get the best of you. Also when it comes to anxiety remember most people kinda live in their own worlds so they probably didn't even notice you and if they did they would most likely forget it within a few hours as it isn't important to them.
