Can you take vitamins at the same time?

So I have Biotin, Omega 3, Vitamin D3, Iron and Folic Acid, Vitamin B12 and Vitamin C

I struggle to get all these in foods, etc. I also take Sertraline.

I mean I wouldn’t see any reason why not, they’re all over the counter and safe for (relatively) liberal use. I say go for it. But you might want to consider how/why you aren’t getting enough vitamins in your food…

This is fine, so long as you don't take supplements that contain the same vitamins as you could end up taking too much. Too much vitamin C, for example, can give your insides a good spring cleaning...
