Do something your good at as you’ll need at least an A
For most Unis the 3rd subject is not specified - so do the subject you will enjoy the most and where you feel most confident of getting a A grade.

As above pick whatever you think you can get an A in, unless you want to apply to Cambridge, where they will want you to do Bio, Chem and either Physics or Maths.
