I have obtained absolutely terrible grades for my a-levels that are reprimandable to the utmost extent and liable to be repudiated to the edge of the room, though it allowed me to ascend for a tertiary education. However, I reflect back on my a-levels and decide that something has to be done. How should I go about this, would employers frown upon those who redo their a-levels after graduation with a degree? Despite it being from a different field? Thank you in advance.

Pointless.

A 2i/First degree will easily trump your A levels - and wasting time/££ retaking them will not make any difference to your career prospects.

There are no age limits on taking (or retaking) A levels but re-sitting them now almost certainly isn't worth the time, effort or the cost.

What if a prospective employer on the cover, states that 3 good A-levels are preferred?

Find a different grad scheme
They are just using it as an arbitrary device to filter from the thousands of applications they receive.

They may not consider ones taken after a degree - check before you waste your time.
