Cambridge

The school called me and told me that Cambridge sent an email that I had to sign a form because they discovered a similarity between my paper and a classmate’s paper!! Does anyone understand what this form is and will my exam be cancelled?

I imagine it is a form getting you to declare it’s your own work, and maybe a few other questions.

Im guessing this is preliminary incase they suspect collusion or plagiarism was undertaken.
