Trying to decide if i should do my Masters at Uni of Leeds

I have being trying to decide if i should do a masters in history at uni of leeds however , i am hesitant as i don't know how good their onlibe teaching is. I did my undergraduate degree at another uni and when COVID hit they accomdated it really well. Lecturers digitsied alot of their material and extended our dissertation deadline by a month. While this was happening a relative of mine who was studying at uni of leeds was having a terrible time as their lecturers were unhelpful, the online learning resource crashed alot, and felt really dejected by their experience.I would like to here from people experince with online learning at university of leeds and the history department . To gain some insight into what studyin there is like.
