Carbs or calories!

When losing weight should I focus on a low carb diet or a low calorie diet?
I’m trying to lose weight!!
Low calorie. Calories are the only variable of utmost importance in weight management.

Just don't go for a ridiculously low calorie diet!

Work out your calorie deficit and achieve it with a combination of exercise and diet, having healthy meals with the right balance of food groups for nutrition.
You need to work out a calorie deficit as stick to it
