I recently started taking antidepressants, and didn't notice many side effects apart from a bit of nausea, but over the past couple days I've noticed a lot of little flat red dots on my stomach and I am wondering if this is related, or if I should be worried it's something else

I have been on antidepressants for about a year now and knowing that there are some bad side effect can accompany it. However red spots on your stomach does sound unusual. I think you should talk to your doctor about that as soon as possible. Check the NHS site on what side effect you may get in future and when it is important to call your doctor.

Hope this helps
