there are 278 units in a residential building. Occupied units are lived-in by either the owners or by tenants.
All studio units are occupied and half of them are occupied by tenants.
91 of the 130 villa units are occupied by owners
The number of owners occupying the presidential unit is twice the number of owners in the studio units.
there are no tenants in the presidential units.
All villa and presidential units are occupied.

If the number of Villa units is 70 more than the presidential units. how many units are unoccupied?

For this question apparently you have to use Venn diagrams, but it would help if anyone could discuss an alternative method

I would use a table with headers for owner/tenant and studio/villa/presidential and totals.
After filling it in I would find that the total occupied is 220. So you can find the total unoccupied to be 58.
