Hi I’ve been trying to stick to a revision and exercise for some time now but I always end up becoming lazy or taking a one-off break that ends up ruining the routine and progress.

What do you do for self control and to keep yourself motivated to stick to a plan?

Thanks!

HI AnActor184,

My sister swears by her bullet journal for turning stuff like this into easy habits. You don't even need a bullet journal, just a bit of paper where you can keep track of days you've revised/stuck to your plan. Having a visual representation of what you have done/what you need to do might help you stick to it and make some progress.

Thanks Lucy, I’ll print out a habit tracker!
