That depends on the courses and the time in the year. The earlier you ask the higher the chances of a change.
You should ring up Warwick and ask them directly

Between which courses? May be able to help if one of them is maths. Information on transfers within the Economics department is well-advertised I think, in the econ UG handbook.

Basically, I applied for Econ and rejected but I am very flexible to do courses such as MORSE, Maths, GSD and Maths and Econ. If I get maths and physics, is it possible to shift to one of the above courses at Warwick in the same year?

That wouldn't be a transfer within the Econ dept (separate departments) and would need a course restart, but I do know of people that managed to restart onto CS.

I would strongly advise against starting a degree course you have no intention to complete from the outset. Since you will be essentially "losing" a year (depends on how you look at it) anyway, you might want to take a gap year and apply to CS courses.

would i be able to transfer from Econ pure to PPE or PPL
