Is the University of Chester a good choice for doing LLB?
I looked it up and it's among the few universities that make up the university of law. How would anyone rank their employability rate?

So you’ll have A predicted grades for A level then

You can do a lot better than Chester

Any suggestions?
Because I'm looking for inexpensive law universities for an international student

What country are you from because aren’t they GCSEs?

I think all unis will charge the same for international. But you can look this up for yourself.
The unis with AAA grade requirements and above are the best

You should aim to go to a better uni even if it is a bit more expensive. Unis in the UK asking for AAA/AAB or above at A level are at the sort of level I think you should be looking at, not Chester or ULaw
