firstly it’s not lice. It won’t move at ALL and isn’t removable. I find it near the ends of my hair strands and it doesn’t come off or move down the strand unless i cut it off the part it’s on. It’s bugging me bc i usually like to like itch my head (it’s not itchy but i just like to squeeze my hair strands and pull down on it - bad habit i know) so when i come across this bump it annoys me.

It's just 2 strands of hair that have tied together. Just cut it off

Single strand knot at the end could be a fairy knot/ trichonodosis or if it's quite common and bumpy along the whole strand Bamboo hair/trichorrhexis invaginata

I used to aggressively rip and brush my hair so I developed quite a few fairy knots especially since my hair is curly. The physical trauma from the pulling is likely causing it
